You order, we pre-load

At checkout you tell us the rental’s WiFi. We flash it onto the phone — along with its phone line — before it ships. Nothing to configure, ever.

Plug it in anywhere

Power outlet, done. The phone connects to your WiFi and registers itself. Your dashboard shows a green check when it’s live.

Teach it your house in 15 minutes

The setup wizard walks you through the questions guests actually ask: towels, thermostat, hot tub, parking, trash day. Paste your house manual and it learns the rest.

Guests pick up the receiver

No app, no login, no phone number to remember. A kid can use it. A grandparent can use it. It answers warmly, knows your house, and recommends your favorite taco spot — in your words.

It sells for you

Late checkout, early check-in, firewood. When a guest says yes, they get a secure payment link by text. The money lands in your bank via Stripe.

You stay in the loop, not on call
