Text Message (SMS) Program
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This page describes the Call The Front Desk text-message program operated by ID345 LABS, LLC, and exactly how people consent to receive messages. We send two kinds of texts, and each has its own opt-in.
Hosts — account notifications
Hosts (short-term-rental operators who run a concierge at their property) opt in inside their account dashboard: under Settings → Notifications, a host enters their mobile number and checks the box labeled "Text me about messages and orders." Opt-in is off by default and entirely optional. Hosts can uncheck that box at any time to stop texts.
Example host opt-in disclosure shown next to that checkbox: "By providing your mobile number and enabling text notifications, you agree to receive recurring SMS account notifications from Call The Front Desk. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Guests — texts you request on a call
Guests staying at a rental opt in verbally, during a phone call to that property's concierge line. When a guest asks the concierge to text them something — for example, "text me the payment link" for an add-on they're buying, or "text me directions" to a local spot — and provides their mobile number, that request is the consent, and it is recorded with the call. Guests are never added to any list and receive only the single message they asked for. Every guest text ends with "Reply STOP to opt out."
