SMS Opt-In & Messaging Policy

Who sends these messages: Call The Front Desk, a service operated by ID345 LABS, LLC (Denver, CO). Who receives them: (1) short-term-rental hosts who use our product and opt in to account notifications, and (2) guests of those rentals who, during a phone call to a property's concierge line, ask us to text them one specific thing. Why: to deliver account notifications hosts asked for, and one-time information a guest requested on a call. We send no marketing or promotional texts.

Opt-in path 1 — Hosts (account notifications)

A host opts in inside their Call The Front Desk account. On the Notifications settings screen they enter a mobile number and actively check a consent box. The box is shown below exactly as it appears to the host:

This checkbox is unchecked by default — no texts are sent unless the host actively checks it and saves. Hosts can uncheck it at any time to stop all texts. This is the complete host opt-in workflow; no purchase or further step enrolls a host without this box.

Opt-in path 2 — Guests (one-time, you ask for it on a call)

Guests are not enrolled in any recurring program. While on a phone call with a property's concierge line, a guest may ask the concierge to text them one specific item they requested — for example, "text me the payment link" for an add-on they are buying, or "text me those directions." The guest provides their mobile number on the call; that spoken request is the consent and is recorded with the call. The guest then receives only that single, transactional message, which ends with "Reply STOP to opt out." Guests are never added to any list and receive no further messages.
