Recording policy

Calls to Call The Front Desk phones are answered by an AI concierge and may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the service. Every phone ships with a printed notice card for placement beside it, and hosts may enable a spoken recording notice for their property.

Hosts control how long transcripts are retained (1–24 months). Some U.S. states require all parties to consent to recording; hosts are responsible for compliance at their property.
