☎ Call The Front Desk

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Call The Front Desk is a service operated by ID345 LABS, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), 574 Pennsylvania St, Denver, CO 80203. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: dnewman@gmail.com.

Who uses our service

Hosts are short-term-rental operators who create an account and run an AI phone concierge at their property. Guests are people staying at a host's rental who speak with that concierge by picking up the in-room phone. We collect different information from each.

Information we collect

From hosts (account holders):

From guests:

Automatically: call metadata (time, duration, outcome) and basic technical/usage data needed to operate the service.

How we use information

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the product, and only as needed to do so — for example: telephony and messaging (Twilio), voice AI (ElevenLabs), language processing (Anthropic), database and hosting (Supabase, Cloudflare), local-place data (Google), email delivery (Resend), and payments (Stripe). These providers are bound to use the information only to perform services for us.

We do not sell personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested.

Text messaging

Hosts opt in to SMS by entering their mobile number and enabling text notifications in the dashboard, and can turn them off there at any time. Guests opt in by verbally requesting a text during a call and providing their number; that consent is logged with the call. We use mobile numbers only to send the messages described in our Terms & Conditions. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Call recording

Calls to a concierge line are recorded and transcribed. Every hardware box ships with a printed notice card to be placed beside the phone, and hosts may enable a spoken recording notice. Some states require all-party consent to record; hosts are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to their property.

Retention

Call transcripts are retained for a host-configurable period (1–24 months; default 12 months) and then deleted. Account and transaction records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Security

We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest (including encryption of stored WiFi passwords), access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

The service is intended for adults. Because guests of any age may pick up an in-room phone, the concierge is designed to keep spoken content age-appropriate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

Hosts can view, edit, or delete property data and adjust notification settings in the dashboard, and can request account deletion by emailing us. Guests can decline to provide a mobile number and can opt out of texts with STOP.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do. Contact us at dnewman@gmail.com or ID345 LABS, LLC, 574 Pennsylvania St, Denver, CO 80203.
