Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Call The Front Desk, a service operated by ID345 LABS, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), 574 Pennsylvania St, Denver, CO 80203. By purchasing hardware, creating an account, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Call The Front Desk provides a corded WiFi phone and an AI concierge that answers questions for guests of a short-term rental, can offer host-configured add-on services, and can pass calls or messages to the host. Hosts configure the property's information through a web dashboard.

Accounts

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter, for the content their concierge provides, for keeping their account credentials secure, and for complying with laws that apply to their rental — including call-recording and consent laws (see "Call recording" below).

Payments

Hardware is sold for a one-time price; the concierge service is a recurring subscription billed per property, with the first 30 days included with hardware purchase. Add-on services a guest purchases during a call are charged through the host's own connected payment account. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew until cancelled. Taxes may apply.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program name: Call The Front Desk.

Description & message types: Hosts who opt in receive account notifications (for example, a new guest message or an order/payment confirmation). Guests who verbally request a text during a call, and provide their mobile number, receive the information they asked for — such as a secure payment link for an add-on they purchased, or directions to a local business.

Message frequency: recurring; frequency varies based on your account activity and the texts you request. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts. For help: reply HELP, or contact us at dnewman@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network availability. By opting in you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information; opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to harass or abuse the concierge or staff, to attempt to access other tenants' data, or to use it for emergencies — for life-safety emergencies, hang up and dial 911.

Call recording

Calls to a concierge line are recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the service. Each box ships with a printed notice card for placement beside the phone, and a spoken notice can be enabled per property. Some U.S. states require all parties to consent to recording; the host is responsible for compliance at their property.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." The concierge may not answer every question correctly and is not a substitute for emergency services or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ID345 LABS, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
